Tim Phillips

tim-phillipsHas a masters degree in art from Savanah College of Art and Design. He has a preference for watercolors and oils but also enjoys drawing. He teaches, and is involved in local and regional art shows as they come up. Timothy is quiet but has a great sense of humor. His artworks show both his sensitivity to the images of nature and his joyous heart. People are drawn across the room when their eyes land on one of his works.
